Worst experience ever. Leah sent me a “deep clean” checklist of what they would be doing, switched the arrival time the night before, then her cleaner was late. They did not perform the services on the checklist. When I called Leah, she said well it IS a Friday, and everyone has bad days! She said she would have the cleaner come back (4pm on a Friday, I work nights), and I said that wouldn’t work so she said they could come back the following week. It was so nice to come home to a clean house. Leah saved me from having to finish the white dust clean up after having the popcorn removed from my ceilings. I had been struggling for months to have time to get to it. Now I can move on to other projects with out the guilt. THANKS SO MUCH Leah. I look forward to having her come back. Leah took the time to make me feel comfortable about having a stranger in my house and she worked around my schedule. Thanks again.
