We cancelled job before work began. No work has started, yet, as of today, Preston has not refunded the down payment of more than $8,000. Be aware of companies that dont provide a receipt, dont respond to inquiries, dont answer their business phone or return calls, and wont refund money when you cancel services due to above reasons. Edit as of 4-25-24- We have received a refund of all funds by the bank except for $1500. Still waiting for Preston to return those funds

Preston was quick to respond to our need to have our boat lift serviced. It was grinding loudly and began to smell like it was burning, and we couldn't use it until it was repaired. The two-man crew couldn't have been nicer, listened to our concerns and set about fixing the problem. Bluebonnet's crews also recently did an excellent job of power-washing and staining our deck (including railing and siding) and our newly installed dock. Did a great job on my dock. The upper deck was a great addition and I wouldn’t have e even considered if they hadn’t show me.

I worked with them over the summer and they were very instructive, friendly, and most certainly skilled. I got to see first hand, and experience, just how hard working and professional the workers are. No better company to get the job done.

I’ve been knowing Preston and sharing the same customers as Bluebonnet Boat Docks for years now. Professional and honest are two words I’d use to describe the company. I highly recommend them.
