Absolutely delicious! Had the chopped brisket sandwich and potato salad (mustard style). Would 100% do again. The french fries, fried okra, and fried onion rings were decent tasting but just what you would expect. Generous portions. Has Gruene Hall vibes.

I truly cannot not say enough good things about Bluebonnet BBQ. We hosted our welcome dinner the night before our wedding, and Ashley and her team made it a truly unforgettable experience. Ashley was so responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating to all of our requests. On top of that, the food was fantastic! If you are looking for a place to host an event, I cannot recommend Bluebonnet enough.
The baked potato was much smaller than it use to be, but was tasty none the less. Chicken was dry, and mac and cheese wasn't edible. Not my favorite BBQ spot.
