Worst worst worst apartment I've ever lived in. Advertised to be clean and quiet...was not either of these things. There is literally no insulation. I can hear my neighbor's tv, music, relations, microwave...I can even hear my neighbor pee. There was a leak in our apartment. Of course we could not get in touch with our landlord. When it was finally fixed weeks later, the apartment stunk of mold and the wall and ceiling were disgusting. They would not let us out of our lease.
