On January 13,2025, I called Bluebird Self-Storage at 200 central St. Hudson, NH. I spoke with Mark on the phone. He was extremely polite, professional, pleasant and very informative. I told him I needed a unit and said he was more than happy to accommodate me and recommended a unit that would best serve my needs. Mark, Bluebirds manager, along with all of the other employees have always treated us real well. The staff is always hospitable. The storage units in the past always had terrible customer service, sketchy activity, insects and rodents, gates never worked properly and prices always went up. We needed a change, Bluebirds great reviews caught our eye and we thankfully changed. I recently started renting here , and Mark and Bryan have made it very easy to navigate the noke smart entry app on my phone anytime.I come in and ask for anything. They help nontech savy people ,especially the elderly understand their promotions, billing, and navigate the Noke App. Signing up They were transparent and very informative which helped me make my decision to rent . I went to this facility this am and can't say enough good things about the place. It was clean and Mark and Brian were on duty. Mark went over everything in great detail and was so professional!! Brian helped my friend with getting the app and showing her how to use!! I highly recommend this place!!!
