I really love Bluebird Storage, especially the Epping location. The facility is clean, climate controlled, well managed, and the team is truly fantastic! I’m excited to try their new offering of taking donated items and trash away for you. My ONLY frustration is that I was late on a payment and instead of simply adding a lock to my unit, they cut my locks so I had to replace them and then have them remove their locks instead of getting payment and then simply removing their locks. I just moved out because I moved to a new town. But the staff is great. The prices are reasonable. The place is always spotless. Bathrooms are outstandingly clean and actually smell wonderful.
The two young men were polite, patient, and professional. The manager was exceptional.
