I highly recommend this storage facility in Epping! They are the best! The staff is so kind. They offer a free pick up! As well as water/coffee. Moving is so stressful but using a storage facility is a great way to make it easier. Also it is clean, safe (monitored with camera’s), well lit which are all very important when choosing a facility.
Another update: I just got ANOTHER notice of a rate increase. For the monthly storage rate AND for the required monthly damage coverage. This is the 4th or 5th increase in two years. This is bad business practice and very frustrating. I’m sad to say this has gone from an enthusiastic 5 star review to a disappointed 1 star. First time renting a storage unit - experience has been great. Very convenient access, helpful carts to bring up stuff, and everything is clean. Definitely would recommend.
Updated — they keep raising the rates and it’s now getting out of hand. Of course I don’t want to have to come back to move my stuff, but I may have to. The quality of the product hasn’t changed, but the price has increased nearly 25%. There’s no reasonable explanation.
