I’ve never rented storage before and the front desk staff broke everything down for me and made the process very easy and straight forward. I asked to view a couple potential units and once I picked one out, the paperwork took maybe 10-15 minutes and I was good to go. Move in day came and the indoor parking made transferring all of our things easy, and we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff who offered us water and coffee on arrival.
