Do not store anything here! I called and told the office I was removing my trailer at the end of June and they continued to charge me for 4 months and will not give a refund because “I didn’t tell them I was leaving”. They acknowledge I made the call but say they wanted a second call saying I was leaving at the end of June just to make sure. Absolute B.S.
Great service on very short service after a forced wild fire evacuation. Staff were very helpful in accommodating our needs.
Rented a storage unit for one month, onboarding was quick and pretty easy. Communication was good. Storage unit was ok, door latch not in good shape. Overall happy with the experience.
It's what I needed and so far things are as I expected and agreed to.
Do not use. They will improperly charge you and then claim they have a “No refund policy”.
