They have been super accomodating a great to deal with. Mark especially, has been very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

They sent me an invoice on the 5th of the month, but had locked me out on the 3rd, and when I called them they said the payments are due on the 1st, but they don't normally send invoices, only receipts after payments are received, as it is "twice the work" to do so. Plus, the gate code has not worked the last 5 or 6 times we have tried to get in. They gave me attitude about not having a phone with me last time I had an issue, as their protocol is we are to text them from the gate if the code doesn't work. I prefer a gate cod... read more
Having awesome experience at this place. Lowest price in town with the best services. Best location. Many options to pick from every option is great! I had well enough space to store all of my stuff, it is cleaned well maintained place. I loved it!
Brutal service- did not honour contacts from Bluebird. And LIED about it. Argumentative and spoke overtop me, completely tried to gaslight me. Another shoddy foreign company taking over a small firm business and trying to act like they are Canadian. I’ll be spending the next 3 weeks moving my stuff to the locally owned storage unit. Beware of the false advertising.
