Read the recent reviews for common trait of being lied to, being over charged, being charged after you've left, units being filthy, (supposed) owner being hard to deal with, making inappropriate comments, etc. Not sure how anyone can remain in business operating this way. This storage location fell under new ownership in June 2025, Oh Canada Storage (Previously Bluebird Storage). Any review prior to June 2025 was for previous management and should be disregarded as it is not representative of the current management. I stopped receiving receipts for my monthly payments when ownership changed and never received a new contract with updated terms, such as the removal of my contents insurance. The new owners, since it became Oh Canada, are difficult to impossible to deal with. During the course of a disagreement as to the due date of payments the new owner continuously spoke over me, would not hear my side of the issue, hung up on me, texted thereafter. I requested documentation to support his contention on the payment due date and he ignored me both on the phone and via text. The next day my gate code would not work.
