After the "customer service" we received, the dirty rooms and the other occupants my family and I will NOT be returning. When we got into our room the first time thing we noticed was the awful odor, it smelled like old, dirty laundry. The room appeared to be half cleaned. There was a half used toilet paper roll left in the bathroom, stained and grungy towels oh and it gets worse, when I turned the TV on for my son 5 year old, it was on ****.
