Bluebird was a great company. Our main point of contact was David. He was very friendly. He was very upfront about time constraints, deadlines, documents that need signing, speed of 3rd party, and all costs. David was able to get us a lower rate than any other company we went to in the city. He fought to keep all costs down for us. This was a long strenuous process first time home buyers with a tight timeline and very little money, this guy was able to get us a great deal in 30 days and he worked for every minute of it, David will definitely get it done for you I recommend anyone trying to buy a home use a broker! This one for sure

From the get go, David was so much better than dealing with veterans united. He got me a better approval with a better rate and was right there and got back to me within minutes every single time I needed him. This was my first home buying experience and I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. It was easier than the last car I bought. Thanks again, David.
