Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I haven't even gotten a Unit yet, and they Offered me the First Month Free, and now won't Honor it. They don't call you back when they say they will. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!! They keep trying to transfer me to a Supervisor when I have spoken with 2 already and they haven't resolved the issue.
