I fell in love. It's an astounding adventure and pleasant and quiet. Beautifully quiet, no TV, no cell, no kidding.. The restaurant is a jewel. Nothing fancy just well done. I prefer to have the experience of just being, enjoying everything around me. No one has a private bath. everyone shares the kitchen and all the chores are shared. .

Beautiful place wow
I’ve been coming here since 1990 (can’t always make it every year or even every 5 years, even though I’d like to!) and every time it feels like coming home. That is, if you have a talented chef to cook the freshest, tastiest food at home! The lodge is beautiful and comfortable, and of course the Gold Hill Inn is next door. I have only eaten here during the Murder Mystery nights, but the food is the same as next door (best meals I have ever had). Really looking forward to coming up in 2022!
