Got a text from my tenants about an issue with the furnace shortly after I arrived in the Middle East for work - contacted Bluebird based off a recommendation from a friend and they had someone out to the house to troubleshoot and make repairs within 2 hours of initial contact - this was about 7pm Colorado time, 5am UAE time … made some adjustments and got the furnace back up and running. Would highly recommend for their responsiveness, and professionalism. Thank you guys.
