I’ve waited on the Health connect registry for three years and I got an email from them stating that they have a match for me with a doctor at bluebird medical. So I submitted the patient intake form and the Pharma care Forms, and I waited about a week and heard nothing back. I spoke with a lady today at around 3:35pm regarding a missed call from the doctor. She is very rude to me always when I talk to her on phone.I acknowledge that I missed today’s call, and I take responsibility for that. However, I was told that I have missed several calls in the past, which I believe is not accurate. Extreme rude and accusative admin staff. Gives unclear instructions on the phone, forgot to give intake forms to the doctor, double-booked a consultation, and yelled on the phone when it was their mistake. I would think clear communication and explanation of what an appointment request is for is the bare minimum for a trained staff.
They booked me for an appointment and I came but they cancelled without letting me know and the secretary was rude and blaming me for not sending intake form that i sent two days ago. For someone dealing with sick people, i believe she should’ve been more compassionate instead of blaming the patient. Her tone was very disrespectful and saying she doesn’t have time to call patients or send a msg/email to confirm or cancel when it is her job, isn’t it?
