Stayed at the Lavender house for 9 nights. It was very comfortable, met all our needs and the Jacuzzi was wonderful after long days of work and play. Great location, easy beautiful walk to Drake park and downtown. Wonderful wine and oyster bar just down the street. Be aware that the one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. No big deal just leave a night light on! Will stay with Bluebird Rentals whenever we are in town!
Bluebird is the gold standard of property management. We stayed at one of its rental properties for 2.5 months during the skiing season. Every question is quickly answered, supplies dropped off right away. The heating broke down on the coldest day. Jason came immediately to check it out and brought us two space heaters, then arranged an electrician to come on the same day. The "old guys" annual ski trip. Our second year at Cascadia Cottage. By far our favorite rental since I sold my Sunriver home 7 years ago...Fireplace, great kitchen, hot tub. Out the back gate to 10 Barrel Pub, through the picket fence to Sunriver Pub, close to everything. Home covered in deep snow both years. Hope to come back again next year.

Very nice place which was perfect for hiding out in a snow storm. It seemed to be in a very desirable area with plenty of dining opportunities not too distant. The house was clean and it had a very well stocked kitchen. Check-in/check-out was seamless.
