Actually the worst cleaning job yet in my lifetime. I was told told would have a crew of two or three. I had one person 5 hours. She didn't dust any of my shelves or any of my trinkets or any of my little knickknacks. She just skipped over it. Oh and let's let's talk about the kitchen. It didn't even get a deep clean my microwave, my oven, my countertops were all filthy never again this is the worst cleaning service on the planet. Very disappointing service. Prior to the appointment, I sent Supervisor Anne, who is responsible for the Emaar South area, a photo of two baskets of clothes that required ironing. She confirmed that the staff would be informed and that the work would be completed. Despite this, the team left before finishing the ironing, reported the job as complete, and departed without waiting for inspection. When I raised the issue with Anne, her response was: “They are not super women to finish all ironing clothes sir.” My complaint was ... read more
