We hired Bluebird Cleaning for a deep clean service, and it was truly excellent cleaning service. The technicians (Kathy and Madeline) were on time, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Everything was spotless, and Kathy and Madeline went above and beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be using them again!
I’m so happy that we opted to reach out to Bluebird for our cleaning services when we moved from DC. Pricing is transparent, fair and we love that they are local to us. The owner is communicative and I love that we have the same team every time. They are very thorough. What also stood out for me was how pet-friendly they are! I have been using Bluebird Cleaning to have my house cleaned cleaning since 2021. I had never wanted to spend the money on house cleaning because I “enjoy” doing it. (And had three able bodied kids!) in Dec of 2021 I had fallen down the stairs and needed surgery which necessitated me to outsource numerous things. This was my first time using a cleaning service. The team was friendly but the quality of the cleaning was disappointing. The basement was empty and would be easy to do a full spotless cleaning. However, the floors were still dirty and there were still cobwebs on the ceilings and walls. I didn't mind paying any amount as long as they took their time and clean thoroughly, but it felt rushed.
