This company has been doing my daughters care for a number of years and the care provided has been hit and miss the staff turn over is very high and they pick and choice when they can come out sometimes not even coming at all, they would send out numerous different care workers to get trained up for cover when her main carers are unavailable, but these new carers nearly dropped her, and smashed a bottle of £80 perfume which they said they would replace but never did and the thing is these carers never seem to be available wh... read more
Terrible service, staff turnover high and they charge for more time that they are working. Very disappointing- stay clear
