Very disappointed with my experience. I had my entire bridal party booked with this studio, so it was extremely upsetting to have such a poor experience that I’m now left scrambling to find an alternative on short notice. The hairstyle I received was not what I requested or envisioned for my wedding. The entire appointment felt “off,” with very little communication or collaboration. I have been a loyal customer of BlueBird Beauty Studio for about four years, but after my recent experiences, I will not be returning. I booked an appointment for my mother and me through IG messages. We arrived to find the salon closed and no one there. We waited outside for about 30 minutes, messaging and trying to contact the salon, and were about to leave when we were finally told there had been a misunderstanding on their end.
