I’ve had a rough experience with this company. Sadly, my event got canceled a YEAR away and they refused to give my money back. A “retainer” fee was given upon booking 15 months in advance. However, upon the cancellation the company refuses to refund me with the retainer, despite the fact that I cancelled a year out and no services are being rendered.
