One star because she is easy to talk to and the set looked great, but service wise.. she gets 0 stars. It was my first time getting lashes and it was extremely painful. Lots of stabbing feelings, burning eyes from the fumes, and pulling on my skin. An excessive amount of glue was used in my extensions, and they were put directly on my lid/waterline. This was my first time and probably last time getting my lashes done I have never felt something so painful before for 2 hours and am still in pain when I close my eyes. I LEGIT HAD TO LOOK UP IF THIS WAS NORMAL. Come to find out lash extension should not be painful and they were not the length or style I wanted granted they do look okay. Some lashes are twisted and don't sit the right way but all and all the look is not worth the pain.

She does the BEST work out of any lash artist I have ever had. Never had I had lashes look great for four weeks!!! They look prominent, but not fake and tacky. I could not be happier! The service and communication is top notch as well.
