Avoid!! It makes me very sad to report that this place has gone to the dogs. I got TMS with them a few years ago and was always so impressed with their professionalism and care. The treatment worked quickly and the receptionist was wonderful. This year however it has been a real nightmare to even get a call back. The psychiatrist is constantly in Bali and the level of disorganisation and wait times is wild! They must be making money hand over fist but they are really jerking vulnerable people around. Dr Hyland is a sentient being. His compassion and his diagnostic skills are impeccable. He's the nicest, smartest compassionate man I have ever met. Saved my life many times. He is now also treating my Autistic son. As a First Nations woman of Australia I can tell you that racism would never be an issue. Can't imagine not having this man's help in my life I would give him all the stars in the sky
I had great experience and I really like the view from the room, can see Albert Park. Sometimes they have balloons. All the nurses are professional and the psychiatrist Brandon is also very good.

Bluebell Health have been absolutely wonderful in my health journey. From Jemma in reception to Dr. Chen in the psychiatry team, I have been treated with such warmth and respect by this service. They are professional, courteous, kind, and supportive and have been a reliable partner to me in navigating my ADHD diagnosis. I highly recommend Bluebell Health, and commend their team on the wonderful and inclusive work that they are doing 🙂
