I simply cannot fault my experience with Mark & the Bluebell team. They were so welcoming & kind at my first try-on session and Mark was incredibly knowledgeable about the dresses & designers. Once I had chosen my dress, every appointment then after was magical! Mark is an absolute wizard on the alterations and no job was too big or small - even with a very difficult gown and a customer who kept changing her mind & appointment times (me!) and a MOH who kept face timing in! Shenali & The Bluebell Bridal Team made my first experience trying on wedding dresses phenomenal! The boutique was pristine and full of natural light. You can tell the team take pride in their dresses. The service was 10/10. Whilst I ultimately ended up buying from another store, I had the best overall experience at Bluebell. I highly recommend to all brides!!!
