Booked in for a tan for my 21st birthday and it went green all over my body, I was told it was my fault. When they fixed it went green again and I had to scrub it off, I was really upset about it and they told me someone would ring me to check how it went the next day. I heard nothing. I didn’t use any products for three days prior to the appointment so it could not have been my fault. When I rang and asked for a refund I was declined. I felt as though there was a lack of empathy and I didn’t feel very good after it.

Christy is such a special and unique woman who has created the most divine sanctuary to go to unwind and turn the world off. I am a regular at Bluebells, been attending for couple of years now. My experiences have always been fantastic, but yesterday I had a massage with Claudia. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Claudia was very kind and listen to my needs and took into account that my RA was in flare up and took care to not agravate those areas whilst giving the most relaxing massage. It was just what my sore body needed.
