I am a regular at Bluebells, been attending for couple of years now. My experiences have always been fantastic, but yesterday I had a massage with Claudia. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Claudia was very kind and listen to my needs and took into account that my RA was in flare up and took care to not agravate those areas whilst giving the most relaxing massage. It was just what my sore body needed.

I booked an appointment with them and requested to reschedule it 24 hours prior due to an emergency. However, they were not helpful with understanding my situation and asked me to still give a 50% cancellation fee if I wanted to keep the appointment as per their booking policy. As much as I understood and signed the policy and did not plan deliberately on cancelling the appointment, I tried to make them understand that putting every individual in one box is quite unfair and that they should be a little considerate of the ind... read more
