Purchased two Blue Pure 411 filters four years ago. Filter subscription for regular replacement. Smoke free house and regularly cleaned pre filters. Both units failed recently. No consideration from customer service other than a small discount on a new purchase. Poor life span in my opinion and poor customer service from a “reputable” company.
Failed miserably in resolving a technical issue. Unit no longer worked and company does not provide any assistance or support to have it repaired once unit is out of circulation. Blueair has no technical schematics for a DIY project and does not offer recommended repair shops for service. With three Blueair units, will never buy another one and must do the homework for a reputable air purifier company. Blueair is not it.
