Jacob replaced a pressure release valve for my water heater. in addition to performing the fix, he listened to my concerns and provided tips and suggestions.
We were connected to Blue Yeti Services through The Home Heros program thru CenterPoint Energy. Blue yeti services were great to work with! Great communication and very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable in the work they performed.
Luke was great - communicated what was going on, provided background information, and answered questions. Thank you! Update - we ended up having to replace the whole furnace, which Luke and a crew came back for. It looks so good! All work was done within a day and we have heat again. Couldn’t recommend Blue Yeti more highly after this two-day experience.
