Blue Yeti provided an excellent experience. Unlike some service providers, John gave me a cost estimate for replacing our outdoor faucet / hose bibb right over the phone. Jacob arrived at the expected time and clearly communicated the need to cut a small opening in the interior wall for the repair, which was necessary and a slight increase to the cost of the original quote.
