Sam and Peter were friendly and professional. Their work looks clean and well thought out. They were on time and clean. They answered all my questions and concerns. I was quoted for a 3 head mini split ductless AC. The quote I got from Blue Yeti was the most reasonable that I could find. It was a quick and easy process. No pressure or upselling. I highly recommend this business for ductless AC work.
Everything you could ask for in a great service company. Super reasonable pricing. Jacob installed a brand new garbage disposal (InSinkErator) and just now an outside bibb/spigot with access panel. He even pivoted to a better strategy during the job to make sure it could work, so very smart. John installed a brand new AC when a leak was found in our old system. Chris installed a new shower head and faucet when it was time to upgrade our very old style that was leaking and later fixed a clogged toilet and replaced tank parts.... read more

Caleb came out for my plumbing job this time around and did a great job and was undeterred by the difficulty of accessing a pipe to replace an outdoor water spigot. It was in a hard to reach soffit space and had a right angle turn but he got it done. Pricing is reasonable/within normal bounds and I have not been disappointed with Blue Yeti the few times I've worked with them.
