Not transparent about pricing up front (there is a $125 diagnostic fee they won’t tell you about), slow service (2 days and my car wasn’t even touched), not communicative at ALL (I had to repeatedly call them, I felt like I was harassing them just to get a quote after 2 days of no communication) and overcharges.
