Not transparent about pricing up front (there is a $125 diagnostic fee they won’t tell you about), slow service (2 days and my car wasn’t even touched), not communicative at ALL (I had to repeatedly call them, I felt like I was harassing them just to get a quote after 2 days of no communication) and overcharges. Giving customers fake receipts for towing
Very professional fast service but very pricey
Honestly this is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty!! They offer excellent service with a great deal of experience. They were very knowledgeable and addressed the issues with my car at a very reasonable price. The employees were very professional and attentive. Also the towing service was excellent and only waited about 30 minutes for them to arrive. Excellent all around service at Blue Wrench. Thank you for the great service.
