ridiculous hold time of 5 hours and no answer how is anyone suppose to communicate with this company?
Never again wanted a399 like they advertise and they said nothing good about their advertisement. Try to sell me a 15 thousand $ pool . I cancelled next day put 1000 down . And now I can't get my money scammer.
Had my pool installed by Blue World Pools 9 years ago and it has held up very well.
