We were so excited to work with Gord as our DJ for our wedding, then we found out from our venue that the area we had booked was not allowed to have a DJ. We were devasted to cancel Blue Willow Events until Gord said he could be our day of coordinator in lieu of the full DJ services. We were referred to Gord by another DJ who was booked for our wedding date. I spoke with Gord a couple of times then we arranged a zoom call where we had our first face to face call. Gords presentation was quite thorough and very detailed. He talked about all of the extras he would provide including coordination of other vendors and how he would ensure the day would run smoothly for us without leaving us anything to worry about. INCREDIBLE!!! Met Gord at a friend's wedding in June and he was so much fun that I asked him to DJ my wedding in September and I can't say enough. Great selection of music, knows how to play to the crowd. Very interactive with the guests but not overbearing. Even a few fussy guests couldn't stop raving about his service.
