I had the best experience at Blue Willow Bridal!! Hannah and Mackenzie were amazing from the very beginning and listened to everything I was wanting for my wedding dress! This amazing team ensured my family and I were comfortable, and gave me plenty of tips to make sure I found the perfect dress!!
Wow! The girls at blue willow bridal really knocked it out of the park with their customer service. I felt so special, and tended to. All my inspiration was taken into account and the dress pulls were STUNNING! I truly wanted to buy all their gowns. What a pleasant shopping experience. I felt like a princess 👑 . Highly recommend if you’re looking for your dream gown in East Tennessee
Mckenzie was so amazing in the phone and worked hard to get a loaner dress I wanted to the store. Hannah hosted my appointment, and was so helpful the entire time in every way. She listened to what i liked and didn't like, helped me pull dresses (including some from the back she thought i would like), and was a great hype girl when a dress looked good. She was honest with her opinion when asked but in a way that was very professional. Overall, I had a great experience at Blue Willow Bridal and would suggest it to anyone!!
I had a BLAST with Hannah shopping for my dress! I had tried on dresses at a handful of other stores before, and this was my best experience yet. The store is beautiful and has such a great selection. Hannah was laid back, not overly involved in an annoying way, but instead let me take my time, had suggestions without being imposing, was super patient and easy to be around. Highly recommend using Blue willow Bridal!
Hannah and Sarah were both wonderful! Both were so patient and cheerful as I tried on many dresses and decided what styles I liked. Always mentioned the “modifications” that could be done to the dress so I knew what it could look like. They were both very personable!
