We purchased a Noble Bay Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spas - around the end of November 2023 - and we can honestly say that this has been one of the best purchases that we have ever made. 👍 On this note, not only is this hot tub wonderful - following our daily exercises and weekly rounds of golf, (where it is sooooo relaxing and soothing for my muscles and our general body health) - the hot tub has been superb for our mental health too. I would never recommend Blue Whale Spa for your new hot tub. I received mine and within a couple of weeks the lights broke, they were replaced 3 weeks later and within a week the hot tub started giving us electric shocks !! Not ideal water and electricity. Blue whale have been a complete nightmare, lying, rude customer service representative's and changing their minds about replacing the hot tub. Excellent Service & Product! We recently purchased the Duke Stream 2 hot tub from Blue Whale, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had out hot tub delivered 23rd June 2025 couldn’t fault anything at all. The delivery drivers called to give warning. Proceeded to put the tub exactly where we wanted it and explained everything so well. Wonderful company. Special thanks to Scott and Tam incredible men who answered everything we asked. They are a credit to the company.
The whole experience was first class, Andrew Brunton was very helpful and answered all questions I had before and after purchase, the installation guys were great and did everything for me, will buy again to upgrade in the future for my next tub
