WOW! What can I say other than wow? My husband and I visited the showroom, which had a huge range of hot tubs on display. We were greeted by Andrew, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our (many!) questions, provided helpful comparisons between models, and was happy to let our daughter climb in and out of the tubs while we took our time deciding. me and my wife visited the Nottingham Showroom. We saw a hot tub on Costco, and even though the offer had finished, Fiona (Sales) matched the offer. We had to re-arrange the visit due to delays in patio/ electrics - this was no issue. The tub was then delivered and installed as promised. I was no overly impressed with the care of the initial install - but this was soon rectified with fixing a small leak/ and re-fitting the cover lifter. Excellent service. Delivery was smooth and easy. Delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. Hot-tub is amazing. Have spoken to customer services since and they could not be more helpful. Over all a massive thumbs up from me. Would not hesitate to recommend Blue Whale to anybody.
We purchased a Noble Bay Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spas - around the end of November 2023 - and we can honestly say that this has been one of the best purchases that we have ever made. 👍 On this note, not only is this hot tub wonderful - following our daily exercises and weekly rounds of golf, (where it is sooooo relaxing and soothing for my muscles and our general body health) - the hot tub has been superb for our mental health too. I would never recommend Blue Whale Spa for your new hot tub. I received mine and within a couple of weeks the lights broke, they were replaced 3 weeks later and within a week the hot tub started giving us electric shocks !! Not ideal water and electricity. Blue whale have been a complete nightmare, lying, rude customer service representative's and changing their minds about replacing the hot tub.
