Where do I start with these spruikers. In 2020 My wife & I engaged our mortgage broker to get pre-approval for our first investment property. After showing our broker what we wanted to buy which was an existing house with a decent size block, we were told to come along to see a blue wealth “showcase” to see what we should be looking to buy instead. I personally would never use them again. Paid a deposit for a property 4 years ago after being given a strong sales pitch by Tony, “only available for 48hrs etc etc…”. Still waiting for the building to be completed. Minimal updates, no apologies. Money could have been much better utilised elsewhere. Pretty disappointing if this is how they operate. Hopefully it’ll be a good investment if/when it’s completed but based on the experience so far I’m not very hopeful.
