I had an amazing experience with everyone Nurse Mark was amazing, gentle and kind. Dr. Richard was very well educated, kind, caring. Everyone bring your kiddos here
Never fun to have a sick kid on vacation but after driving to multiple places who don’t take sick out of towners we found this place! Mark was fantastic! We were in and out quickly. The rooms were clean. The waiting room had five year old approved toys and he even got a rubber duck as a parting gift. We obviously hope not to have a sick kid on vacation here again but if we do we will be back.
This place is super clean, Mark was on the ball as soon as we walked in the door and we were seen quickly by the NP. This is our new trusted urgent care facility, that I will recommend over and over again!
Our previous pediatrician’s office of 10 years has sold & gone completely downhill, which brought me to bringing my daughter to Blue Wave. After being on an antibiotic, and her symptoms worsening, I needed her to be seen asap! Since they offer walk-in services, we decided to give it a try. Within 10 minutes, we went from a wrong diagnosis (and wrong antibiotics) to proper care. Dr. Rich immediately knew her actual diagnosis and we had our new antibiotics within the hour. Great staff, they gave my daughter a more thorough examination than other Pediatricians offices. I loved the atmosphere and the office. They were very understanding of what we wanted and didnt want. I love this place and will continue to go back
