Great staff, they gave my daughter a more thorough examination than other Pediatricians offices. I loved the atmosphere and the office. They were very understanding of what we wanted and didnt want. I love this place and will continue to go back
Absolutely incredible experience here. We went to a previous pediatrician who had us waiting for 2 hours, charged us close to $250 and spent 5-10 minutes with us. Decided to come here after. We spent less, had 20 ish minutes with Dr Paul and they were on time. We left feeling educated and respected. Have been telling all our friends about this place since! 10/10 recommend
Such a great experience! We went in as a new patient urgent care walk-in visit and warmly welcomed by the practice manager, Mark. The office was so clean and kid friendly, especially for my daughter who gets very anxious about any kind of medical visit. We were very quickly seen by the nurse practitioner, Sarah, who immediately connected with my daughter and made her feel seen and heard. I’m so happy to know they were available when we were in a pinch and have very open office hours as well.
We walked in for a sports physical and in about 15 seconds, Dr. Rich made an on-the-nose diagnosis on a condition my son has had for about 5 years that 4 previous medical professionals failed to see. I'm beyond impressed. Additionally his communication was both easy-going, informative and professional. My experiences with the other staff have also been very positive as they have been very kind, approachable, and professional. I highly recommend.
As first time parents who are a nervous wreck 99.9% of the time (aka mom) Blue Wave has been the BEST option for us. I’ve never felt more blessed to have a practice who will forsure go above and beyond for our baby. We’ve seen the Nurse Practitioner (Mr. Wolf) who has been so so kind & good about explaining everything & calming our anxiety about things. As a first time momma you can completely appreciate the time & care they put in. Highly suggest this place ☺️
