the employee working threatened me. i pulled up, he started brushing my car without asking. i pulled my window down in shock and told him not to do that and instead ask customers first. And he got angry and started threatening me. I ended up calling owner at first he was supportive but later refused to help as my video evidence didn’t have any audio in it as it was from dash cam. The owner refused to take the responsibility. And told me to use other car wash as I don’t feel safe using theirs.
Gets the job done but don’t bother if there’s more than one or two cars in line - wait times are ridiculous if there’s a line
The touchless wash is powerful and awesome. But I presented with cement-grade sap and pollen when I showed up. The gentleman that prepped my car for the main wash made it cleaner than the day I bought it... and then I went through the tunnel... soooo shiny now.
