Busted my eyebrow open last night, got to the urgent care 10 minutes before they closed. Thankfully Ken and Amy stayed, and stitched me back together. They were both professional and kind, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They took their time and care putting stitches in my face. But at the same time they got me stitched up and out the door quickly so I could still make it to work on time, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Went to this Urgent Care Facility in Algonac for a shoulder issue. Got in right away, the nurses and NP were fantastic! Nurse spent 45-1 hr taking down ALL of my medical history, then i saw the NP. She spent another 1/2 hr-45 minutes with me. No one rushed me through. Took ex-rays and gave me a shot of anti - inflamatory & steroid to help with pain. NP - Kate thank you. Aubrey, Amy, &Courtney were also great!
The team at Blue Water Urgent Care is the greatest!!! They knew exactly what was wrong with my kiddo. I can not think our Provider Kate, Courtney, Sam and Alice enough. We will definitely be back for any urgent need! Glad they are not too far away! Thank you guys!
