I reserved a unit with them and was told it was an indoor unit and come to find out later it was an outdoor parking area. On the web it clearly referred to it as a unit, not a parking space. The gentleman in the phone told me there were walls, a roof, and garage door

I started renting last month The good - the unit size is good, and the price is alright. The staff is great to work with and responds very quickly. I feel that my stuff is safe in my unit as I just store spare car parts. The ok - the inside of my unit has uneven concrete pads. I don’t mind too much but my car I store there is pretty low so it’s not ideal. The bad - the drive into the facility and to my unit isn’t great.
