I’ve been renting from them for years now and things started out good. I’m not sure what changed but as of late it’s been one bad experience after another. You can’t reach anyone in customer service. They don’t return texts or emails anymore. They don’t have maintenance the parking lot is a muddy swamp area. The convenient location and 24-access near my office are GREAT. That's why I chose to go with BWS. Regular price increases are pesky, though, and your online payment screen is intermittently inaccessible, causing avoidable late fees. Frustrating. The owners are really nice folks. Our unit was broken into several years ago and they were very helpful when my wife filed an insurance claim for the stolen items. It was processed quickly and we made whole for the things that were taken.
