You guys have a good unit and the owner's pretty nice. My only complaint is the ever-increasing cost of the unit every 8 to 9 months. I do appreciate your guys's willingness to always work with me so you guys have a good business practice and integrity which is a positive. It would just be really nice if there was a way you guys could somehow lock in rates.

Self storage. Easy to navigate.
I simply called and asked if there was space available. They call me multiple times a day. I blocked their number but the voicemails still come through. I would have probably rented from them if it wasn't for the harassment. It's very unprofessional.
