BJ has a wealth of knowledge and very willing to share & answer questions. I took a water simple to her before delivery & she completely set me up with all my chemical needs. Went from brown/yellow water @ fill to crystal clear by the evening. Highly recommend for all pool/spa needs.

We were looking to replace our 30 yr old hot tub. After looking at two other spa stores we decided to check out Blue Water Spas. We met with Kory and he spent a lot of time with us. He answered all of our questions. It was a very low pressure pleasant experience. We decided to go with Blue Water Spa because they had what we wanted at a good price and we were really impressed by their knowledge and down home but professional feel.
