Received a spa cover cap from this company last July. The cap started coming apart at the seems after six months so I contacted customer service because the cap has a 1 year warranty. I emailed photos of the cap clearly showing problem and was told that it appeared due to abuse. We put the cap on the spa cover in October of 2023 and did not touch it until filling the tub in late March of 2024 so obviously abuse was not the issue. I was told that they needed to inspect the cap and that I would have to pay for *** shipping bot... read more

After reviewing the pictures, which showed damage to the cover cap caused by this end user, we still offered to honor our warranty and repair the damage caused to this cover cap. As stated in our warranty, the end user must clean, dry, and ship the cover cap back to us at their expense, which this end user felt should be free, hence the negative r... read more
