I always have great experiences here. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. I was highly impressed with my appointment with Emily Holley RN. She was extremely informative, describing each step of my procedure and appeared to care about my understanding. I felt 100% informed and cared about. I’ve had a great experience! The staff have been so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Emily and she has been great to chat with and incredibly helpful throughout my appointments!
I had my first laser session ever and Laura was absolutely fantastic. She talked me through each step of the treatment, which areas she was moving to next, and which areas would feel more or less pain. She even gave me a stress ball when I was fidgeting and I said “I really wish I had a stress ball to squeeze right now!” She made me feel right at ease and answered my millions of questions patiently. Happy to support this small business and will be back!
