This review would have been a negative one had it not been for Jasmine at Blue Water Spa and Blue Water Spa’s management’s receptiveness to my situation through Jasmine’s communication. I had done five laser hair removal sessions with Blue Water Spa and between each session I had noticed significant hair regrowth. The previous two techs that did my first five sessions did not do them properly (that I found out after the fact) and because of staffing levels kept trying to get me in and out of the office as fast as possible.... read more
