Good communication, adapted to changes well, timely, clean and pleasant. Everything was perfect.
Utilized Blue Water to get a group of 5 round trip to a concert in Concord and back to Santa Cruz.. Long evening, horrible traffic, great show and amazing service from our driver Kyle. Really appreciated the professionalism and prompt follow-up with booking as well. The driving service made the evening so easy and enjoyable!
