Horrible customer service. Had troubles with a pool ever since it was put in. Every year had them open and close the pool for a hefty fee and every year having issues with the pool- Said I needed this chemical- 2 weeks later now need this chemical and so on. Than it was you need a new sand filter and sand- REALLY only after 3 years and another \$500.00 later, ok, trusted them. Opened up this year and now pool is spilling slimy green stuff- Service guy arrived- has no clue to why- will have owner call. 24hrs later- NO Call! G... read more

We called this company to fix our hot tub. They charged us \$90 to come out to our house, not a problem. They then told us what was wrong with the tub. It was a fuse. Then they left. Without fixing the tub!!!! After that we called them to figure out why we were charged \$90 to come and fix our hot tub when it never got fixed. We were then told we would have to pay for the part to fix the tub if we wanted it fixed. WHAT WAS THE \$90 FOR THEN!?!!!? And why was it not fixed the first time?!!!? The absolute worst customer service. We ordered a part through them. They shipped the wrong one, and expect us, their customer, to contact their supplier to resolve it. The representative was rude and disrespectful. It was a terrible ordeal
The staff is great and very friendly. The service is incredible and they were able to fix my hot tub at low cost and very timely. Thanks again!
