I truly had enjoyed Bluewater last year. I assumed that I would be a customer this year, but when I called they said that they were already booked. I was told that an email had been sent out, but I never got an email. I kept calling and it appeared that I was being snubbed. I don't have any complaints about their pool service, but customer service sucks. I was told to call back on numerous occasions, only to find out they were already booked for the year. They did an amazing job with my in ground pool in a short period time I was having family coming down from jersey for my daughter graduation I recommend them they get two thumbs up👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I highly recommend Blue Water Pools for your supplies or even planning to purchase a pool. My inground pool water looks fantastic. Jennifer has been a big help to me. It’s nice to know that she is very knowledgeable about the chemicals because she got my pool cleared up. I have been to other pool places and they wasn’t much help. I would give them a number one rating.
Paid September 2022, told me it would be three weeks for my new liner. Months later they finally ordered, kept saying it was a ground water issue. April 2023 they finally installed my liner but cut my steps off and never came back to take the broken poles out the ground. Installed a used pump to pump water out the ground in place of my sump pump, it was broken. They stole my pump out of my shed when I wasn’t home. They never returned to finish installation. I hate even giving them a one star... they don't deserve any stars.Worst experience I have ever had w/a local business. I paid the owners of Blue Water Pools in Hartsville a lot of money as a deposit to fix my hot tub and replace w/a new lid. A year later still nothing..lots of talk no action. After being so patient and then threats of legal action w/still nothing I feel the need to let people know that they are so unreputable and to take ur business elsewhere. and to order a new
