Installation was finished in half the promised time. All contractors were very knowledgeable and took pride in their work. All materials used is very good quality. Finished product is beautiful. Gabrielle was always there to answer all questions and handle all concerns.
When I first saw the 5.0 star rating, I was a little skeptical. But Blue Water Pools *earned* my vote. We were considering Blue Water and one other company, both had great BBB ratings, but Blue Water worked harder to earn our business. This extra effort didn't stop when the pool renovation project began. Any time there was an issue or question, they addressed it promptly. Beautiful pool, spa and firepit. This is our third pool and the best experience. It was efficient and the communication was great! The bid was fair and better than most of the others. The few minor issues were addressed quickly and efficiently resolved. The tile and finish work was the best we’ve had. I would definitely recommend, and would use again without hesitation. Love our backyard oasis.

From start to finish Juan and his crew explained to me the entire process. Very nice and outstanding work! Best quality or material. He did exactly what he said he was going to do! 5 Stars on a high quality pool. Made it easy and stress free!!!! Will recommend!!!
