GREAT COMPANY!!! We have had 2 other pools built before and both were bad experiences. They did what they said they would, from design to finish was a smooth process. If we ever build another pool we know who to call. Thanks Marcus
We had an excellent experience. The finished product looked like the picture for a change. Excellent Design. Just what we wanted,couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend this Company to any one.
I paid Marcus Raney $42,500 of my money, and all I have is a big muddy mess in my backyard and liens placed on my home from the gunite company and tile company (so far). He is a liar and a thief. Blue Water Pools is the WORST company I have ever done business with. Paid Marcus 46,800 dollars and after 8 weeks our pool still wasn't even half completed. Found out he wrote bad checks to the sub contractors that he has coming out so they stopped coming and are wanting to lien our property until they are paid. Not only do we have to pay another company to finish our pool, which I am sure will cost 25,000 dollars more, but we have to pay off the contractors because Marcus took our money and ran. They made many errors while installing the pool. Had to pay another company to come over and do a "pool school" because they did not even show us how to work the pool. Two years after the installation the booster pump AND pool pump both had to be replaced. The heater quit working and never did get repaired or replaced. There were several leaks in the pumps. Literally every piece of equipment has either needed to be repaired or replaced. They stretched out the "I've got your work order, etc" until the warranty finally did run... read more
