I recently had a pool install with Blue Waters. It is really a process that I clearly was not prepared for. Overall my project ran smoothly from the estimate to completion. I give only four stars because of the communication. In my case I knew nothing about the process. Marco and Blue water pools are great. Marco came out and introduced me to my new pool. He was thorough, thoughtful and patient! He puts the service into customer service… which is a rare thing in today’s world. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else for my pool service. If I could give 6 stars Marco would have earned it.

With any pool, there are maintenance items that owners might perform themselves, but some repairs require a pro - electrical, circuit boards, pumps among them. For the tough things, I call Derek Morris. Over the years, Derek’s proven himself dependable, skilled, proactive, and a good communicator-a true professional who can diagnose and work through issues. Ace with Hayward systems, and one of the very few people I trust to solve a problem whether I’m present or not. Highly recommend.

Marcos came yesterday to install a pool pump. He was very professional, patient in showing us how to work it and did a great job. Definitely will use blue water pool supplies whenever I have a problem. Marcos is the best.
