My motor at a home in Daytona beach was installed by this company. They installed a 3/4 hp pump for a 20,000 gallon pool in 2022. I t shut off and turned on consistently overheating. I had 2 pool equipment professionals and had a 1 hp motor and installed and running smoothly. They argued with me about what was originally in there we matched. I take care of 3 pools now 2 that property I own I feel they should at least given me a prorated refund as I have done business with them for years. No longer
So, So, So many reasons to avoid this company. I am fortunate to have pool and construction experience and I know people all of which helped me. Heres my experience... Derek was on time and knowledgeable and most importantly polite to my wife and I who know nothing about our pool.. his grace and knowledge was so informative we now feel so comfortable with our beautiful pool!! This company is our go to!!!
The commercial pool in our neighborhood had a leaking butterfly valve in the pool house. We received three estimates and chose Bluewater pools. We gave them the go ahead on the estimate on a Tuesday and on Friday the technician Marco came and replaced the valve. Marco was very informative and explained the procedure and answered all of our questions. He did a thorough check of all our systems. We couldn’t be more pleased that we now have a pool company that we can trust. Thank you.
I had the privilege of swimming in the loveliest pool in Daytona, which right now an open pool at all is rare after the hurricane. It is sparkling clean always, no matter what time I have swam and floated. Honestly, was one of the cleanest pools I've encountered, AMIDST construction!
