Over the course of our service, we experienced several problems, including missed or incomplete cleaning, green pool water, a technician manually overriding a pool valve, a damaged plumbing fitting that caused a leak, and delayed responses when urgent issues occurred. The final issue involved damage to the stone coping on our waterfall. Their technician had repeatedly walked across the waterfall during service visits. I am a great believer in, "you get what you pay for", and while Blue Water are not cheap, they are worth the money. I have used them for a few years, previously having 2 others who were a disaster. As far as I am concerned they are excellent, if I should call with a problem it is taken care of, maybe not the same day as I am not there only client so sometime it takes a couple of days. I would highly recommend them....
Love this pool company! Been using them for a couple years now and never had an issue. Pool is always perfect! And if there is ever an issue with anything, the customer service is exceptional and taken care of promptly!! I highly recommend them.
Been in home three years never once had green water in my pool, all of a sudden I use this service and my pool is green for more than a week, to the point my calls are not being answered. Gotta beg the guy to brush the pool walls they haven't vacuumed once on the last 2 weeks. Very disappointed
