The class was VERY thorough. The instructor Lisa made everything so understandable and Clear. She is very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help every student in the class.
First and foremost I would like to say that I have taken the CPO class two other times in my career from different companies and both of those were a joke compared to this class. Lisa the owner / instructor is very thorough and a professional at what she does and takes pride in what she does and it shows. What as a older guy and retired and Veteran I couldn't be happier with Gerardo he met and exceeded All my expectations I even paid more money to him then he asked for because of his service. Let me explain he quoted me a very reasonable price, and his techs Found another problem, they called him he instructed them to fix it, parts included NO CHARGES.
