I travel a lot due to my job, it is rare I would be unhappy with a hotel. This hotel is HORRIBLE and should be looked into. I stayed there while a few months ago.. The room and hotel was not clean, i found a few bugs around the room as well. I tried to contact management. I was told the only person I could talk to was the apparent GM, Sid Merell. I left several voice messages, not at any time, was this GM ever available, nor did he return 1 of my calls to resolve. I have reported this hotels conduct
I've stayed in many other motels and this was not the first time my family and I have stayed here at Blue water point motel! They have done alot of remodeling and upgrades in the last 2 years and the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean for an old motel. My family and friends will stay again next year.
i would give 0 stars if option existed... terrible place to stay..... very dirty and slummy looking
