They called me to canceled my MRI less then 12 hours before(Lost a day of work and pay). The reason for the cancelation was my insurance declined. After almost 3 weeks of waiting called Open MRI, left a message. NO CALL BACK. Called again the next day , left a message. Not Called back. Called again, left message and NO CALL BACK. Called my insurance found out OPEN MRI was lying. Never go to a doctor's office who Lie to you.
This is the worst place to get a mri done at I will not lie they told me it would take 2 days to get my results back it’s be 3 weeks and I still yet to hear back from them
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Took someone with claustrophobia and he was having a hard time (even with medicine) but they let him talk to his family, and took him back for the MRI. It probably would not gotten done if not for the grace of God and their patience. They gave us a CD of the images to take with us.
My mom’s doctor has requested her MRI scans multiple times in the past two days and they still have not been sent over. I don’t feel like that’s very professional considering she’s been in the hospital waiting.
