The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Took someone with claustrophobia and he was having a hard time (even with medicine) but they let him talk to his family, and took him back for the MRI. It probably would not gotten done if not for the grace of God and their patience. They gave us a CD of the images to take with us.
My mom’s doctor has requested her MRI scans multiple times in the past two days and they still have not been sent over. I don’t feel like that’s very professional considering she’s been in the hospital waiting.

If you don't use the PatientPortal and your staff are too busy to answer calls AND you have people leaving messages regarding appointment cancelations, questions, etc., you CANNOT provide adequate care nor can you charge for any cancellations! The phone staff are kind, but they do NOT know medical terms NOR do they understand medical issues and accurate messages are NOT getting to the MDs, PAs, etc. If your staff do not understand how to use the portal, SHUT IT DOWN!!!! *************** Fix your hours on google.
